DESIGN: Blackened steel shelves with a patina wax finish.
We fabricated this shelving display for a fashion store in Hong Kong. Blackened steel shelves with a patina wax finish, a lower shelf in glass and adjustable support legs. Challenges for this project were to mass produce a large quantity of these shelves and keeping the handmade clean finish look consistent throughout the entire batch produced. Elaborate jigging was used to make 2,000 + quantity order.
